What is an RIA?
RIA or Rich Internet Applications is a term stands coined by Adobe to represent the next generation of web based applications. Typically also known as a Web 2.0 app and RIA is aimed at bringing the richness of a desktop based application and the reach of an Internet based application together in one application.
